We are very glad that we requested a free in-home estimate with Force Basement Solutions. Our home is over 100 years old, with brick walls and a brick floor in the basement. Their technicians held themselves extremely down to earth, with honesty, and an obvious expertise in the field. We will absolutely be going with them for our future basement updating projects.

Everyone was absolutely amazing at Force, from the time I called through the time of service. Rob has been great at coming out and going above and beyond at getting us his most honest professional opinion and not trying to sell us on things that aren’t necessary. We had Force come out and evaluate a wonky basement foundation for us in one of our rental properties that needed additional bracing added from a 30 year old job. They were very knowledgeable and able to explain the “why” about what was needed, as well as showing up and completing the job as scheduled. I hope we don’t need them again, :), but if I need foundation work on another property, I will definitely give them a call.

We discovered after dealing with another major problem with our basement it was discovered the wall was cracked and bowed. Force Masonry was recommended as a company to contact. Jacob came right out and discussed what needs to be done. He was very helpful and explained what they would do and why they were doing it. We had two crews, one (Chase and) did the dewatering and one crew (Jesse and his crew rebuilt the foundation. Both crews were very professional, courteous to our situation, and answered any questions we had. Jesse and his crew went over and above the five star rating.

Also we want to give Jen in the office a 5 plus star rating. She has always been so courteous when we contacted the office and very easy to talk to.

Very professional crew that showed up to do the work exactly when they said they would. Took less than 2 days to complete the foundation work I needed, and I’m very happy with the work. May not be the cheapest, but I would recommend them to anyone needing inside or outside foundation work done.
